Post-survey explanatory IDIs will be conducted with a subset of couples (N=20-40). MPT product forms evaluated will be selected based on literature review and consultation with experts on MPT product development and with MTN EC and may include a vaginal ring, a vaginal insert or film, and co-packaged pills.

The study period of approximately 18 months will consist of three primary activities: 1) formative research; 2) implementation of the survey with 400-500 couples; and 3) analysis and dissemination of results.
