The MTN will not reimburse for the following:
- Personal entertainment
- Transportation to and from meals or personal events
- Rental car insurance
- Rental car for guest travelers
- Luxury limousine service as ground transportation
- Event tickets
- Meals already included in a conference fee or hotel room rate or provided by a site, meeting, event or conference
- Food in excess of the daily meal allowance
- Alcohol
- Video, VCR, TV or radio rentals
- Insurance, medical, or hospital services
- Additional transportation, hotel or other expenses for personal travel
- Theft, loss or damage of personal property
- Custom/Import Duties not directly or solely related to MTN travel and MTN research objectives
- Vaccines, immunizations and medications not directly and solely related to MTN travel and MTN research objectives
- Passport fees
- Visa fees not directly and solely related to MTN travel and MTN research objectives
