• Costs associated with an extended personal stay, whether prior to or after required MTN business travel days, will NOT be reimbursed. All such costs will be at traveler’s own expense.
     
  • Travelers are responsible for the difference in room rates if an upgrade is made to accommodate guests not on MTN business (e.g., a change from single to double occupancy).
     
  • MTN will not arrange for a traveler to take a personal side trip in association with MTN business related travel.
