Costs associated with an extended personal stay, whether prior to or after required MTN business travel days, will NOT be reimbursed. All such costs will be at traveler’s own expense.
Travelers are responsible for the difference in room rates if an upgrade is made to accommodate guests not on MTN business (e.g., a change from single to double occupancy).
MTN will not arrange for a traveler to take a personal side trip in association with MTN business related travel.
